A reply to Michael Pakaluk about Vatican II being "spent"
Linked below is my latest essay in Catholic World Report. It is a response to the recent essay by Michael Pakaluk wherein he claims that Vatican II is "Spent". Pakaluk is a supporter of Vatican II but just feels that its moment has passed. I respectfully disagree. It is part I of a three part series of essays.
