# A Final Word on "Synodality":  A Response to Dr. Adam DeVille's Proposal

Linked below is my latest essay in Catholic World Report. It is a short one, around 1000 words. I thought I was done writing on synodality and quite frankly the topic bores me. But Dr. DeVille had some interesting things to say on the topic and he specifically mentioned that he wanted a short response from me. A new, longer blog essay on the topic of evangelization and "flipping the script" will be out next week. And more interviews are on the way. Until then, here is the CWR essay:
